PURPOSE: Provided is an expandable nail for treating osteogenesis imperfecta, which does not affect a joint and joint surface so as to prevent permanent lesions caused by the operation of the nail, and is operated with ease. CONSTITUTION: The expandable nail for treating osteogenesis imperfecta comprises a female rod(30) having a T-shaped jaw(31) at one end thereof and a longitudinal through-hole(32) inside thereof, and a male rod inserted into the through-hole(32) of the female rod(30), wherein one end of the male rod has a flat part(41) having a desired thickness, the flat part(41) has a hole(42) through which a wire to be fixed to the end of a bone is passed on operation, and the other end of the male rod has a jaw(43), into which a rotative instrument is inserted on operation.
