PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for collecting and recycling bubbles in a sewage/wastewater treatment plant to increase oxygen transfer rate and oxygen utilization mission rate, thereby increasing removal efficiency of organic material and nutritive salts. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a bioreactor(80), a bubble collection plate(60) installed in the bioreactor(80) at an upper part thereof for collecting bubbles, a submerged mixer(30) installed under the bubble collection plate(60), a guide pipe(40) for guiding wastewater passing through the mixer(30), a hunch(70) installed under the plate(60) for blocking the bubbles rising in wastewater in the bioreactor(80), an inlet pipe(10) for transferring wastewater to an upper end of the guide pipe(40), an air supply unit(20) installed on the outside of the bioreactor main body(80) for generating air or oxygen and supplying it to the bioreactor(80), and an auxiliary mixer(31) fixed on the wall of the bioreactor(80) in the middle portion thereof.
