PURPOSE: A rotor assembly of outer rotor type motor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent deformation of the rotor and reduce parts. CONSTITUTION: A rotor assembly of outer rotor type motor comprises a rotor(31), a rotor bushing(41), and a frame(55). The rotor is formed with a ring shape in such a manner that the rotor is spaced apart from the circumference of a stator core(11). The rotor bushing is arranged at a lower center portion of the rotor along the axis direction of the rotor and includes an axis hole at a center to couple a rotating axis of the rotor. The frame is extended from the lower of the rotor toward the lower direction and bent toward inner side in order to be connected to the circumference of the rotor bushing.
