PURPOSE: A construction method of a form for a concrete wall and a slab is provided to install and dismantle the form simply and to be economic by recycling materials effectively. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of the form for the concrete wall and the slab is composed of: the process of installation which comprises the steps of installing a footing cross bar(22) along bottom(A) forming the boundary with the wall, erecting deck supporters(24) on the footing cross bar(22) of the lower part of two opposite walls(W), installing a supporter backing(23) on the base of a projection of the deck supporter(24), forming an inner form(21) by erecting long form panels to the top of the footing cross bar(22) along the wall(W), and ascending a movable supporter on the deck supporter, then fixing, coupling a deck support bar(25) to be adhered to each top of each movable supporter, and forming a deck(26) for slab construction on the top of many deck support bars(25) installed in parallel; and the process of dismantlement which comprises the steps of dismantling the long form panel only from the inner form(21), descending the movable supporter of each deck supporter(24), rotating the movable supporter together with a support of the deck support bar by using lower guide bars of the movable supporter as a rotary shaft, dismantling a deck(26) by unfastening deck panels placed on the top of the deck support bar(25), separating the deck support bar(25) from the movable supporter, and dismantling the deck supporter(24), the footing cross bar(22) and the supporter backing(23).
