COMPOSITION CONTAINING MICROORGANISMS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition containing microorganisms cultured on a culture medium containing soybean curd residue, glutinous rice and rice bran, and a method for preparing the same are provided, which composition is useful as an additive in fodder of animals or fishes, and is useful for improving the soil, water and food. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains microorganisms cultured on a culture medium containing soybean curd residue, glutinous rice and rice bran, wherein the microorganism is lactic acid bacteria and yeast. A method for preparing the composition comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 70 to 95 wt.% of soybean curd residue and 5 to 30 wt.% of glutinous rice to prepare a culture medium; (b) inoculating lactic acid bacteria and yeast in a ratio of 1:10 to 10:1 into the culture medium; and (c) culturing the microorganisms at 10 to 20 deg. C for 10 to 50 days.
