PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for providing vehicle information on wireless internet using a wireless camera are provided to monitor a state of a traveling vehicle and store the vehicle state information by using a wireless camera for obtaining image data of the traveling vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for providing vehicle information on wireless internet using a wireless camera includes a plurality of wireless cameras, a plurality of relays, a plurality of service company communication units, and a database server. The wireless cameras(100) include a GPS chip and a wireless LAN card. The wireless cameras are installed at an inside of a vehicle in order to output image data to wireless data. The relays(200) are used for transmitting the wireless data of the wireless camera. The service company communication units(300) include wireless LAN cards in order to receive the wireless data and output control signals for displaying the image data. The database server(400) is used for storing the image data according to the control signals of the service company communication units.
