<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual museum having an effect for improving values as sightseeing resources to which a person visiting a target area can easily access to view a past aspect or the like by superposing a virtual world to a real world and providing the superposed world to the viewer. <P>SOLUTION: The virtual museum system utilizing an object output system for displaying a space obtained by superposing a virtual space to a real space is provided with a virtual space management means for defining correspondence between the virtual space in which the virtual museum is formed and the real space.
