INTERNET ACCESS SYSTEM AND INTERNET ACCESS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet access system and an Internet access method whereby a user can simply access the Internet by using an Internet access terminal brought by the user.

SOLUTION: When receiving an Internet access request from an Internet access terminal 21 connected to a port 19, a gateway server 7 transmits information denoting a request of discriminating whether or not an Internet access charge is collected to a control server 9. The control server 9 transmits the information denoting the confirmation of whether or not the Internet access charge is collected to a user management server 11. The user management server 11 confirms storage contents of an Internet access management purpose database 23 to transmit an answer of the presence/absence of charge collection to the control server 9. The control server 9 transmits information denoting a result of collection of a negotiable value corresponding to the Internet access charge to the gateway server 7, which connects the Internet access terminal 21 to an Internet line N.
