PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an absorbent body for securely separating an absorbent body cut in a required shape and a trim absorbent body used in a following process to prevent the relative intervention of the cut-out absorbent body and the trim absorbent body around it and prevent the displacement of the absorbent body to be carried out. SOLUTION: The absorbent body 13 to be a part is cut in a prescribed shape by a cutting edge 65 from a substantially continuous sheet-like base material 130 as the raw material. Then, after the trim absorbent bodies (a right-side trim absorbent body and a left-side trim absorbent body) 133a and 133c, which are cut remains on the right side and on the left side of the absorbent body 13 when the direction of MD is the longitudinal direction, are substantially divided, the right-side trim absorbent body 133a and the left-side trim absorbent body 133c are stretched in the direction to be parted from each other.
