PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a de-interleave processing device capable of drastically reducing storage capacity required for the de-interleave processing and reducing current consumption. SOLUTION: The de-interleave processor implements the de-interleave processing accompanied by the replacement of columns in a matrix of m lines x n columns and is provided with a first data storage part 201 which stores a data series to which the de-interleave processing is performed, a second data storage part 202 which stores the de-interleave processed data, a replacement pattern storage part 203 which stores a pattern for replacing the columns, an address generation part 204 which generates an output destination address value of the data after the de-interleave processing by using the pattern stored in the replacement pattern storage part 203 and a control part 205 which stores the data outputted from the first data storage part 201 in the second data storage part 202 according to an address generated by the address generation part 204.
