PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch mainly used for an RF circuit of a cellular telephone and specifically suitable in making multifunctions. SOLUTION: The high-frequency switch specifically employing FET switches 3, 6 has a constitution in which parallel strip lines 5 having an electric length equivalent to 1/4 wavelength of a high-frequency signal to be inputted from a transmission port 2, and a capacitor 14 is provided between the port 1 and a second FET switch 6 whose one end is connected between an input/output port 1 and a receiving port 4 and the other end is grounded.
