PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vermin-controlling composition for clothes, capable of exhibiting an excellent vermin-controlling activity for clothes and also a preventing effect on parasitic damage caused by the vermin of clothes. SOLUTION: The vermin-controlling composition for the clothes contains an ester compound expressed by formula (1) (wherein, R is methyl or methoxymethyl) and 2, 4, 6-triisopropyl-1, 3, 5-trioxane, and a method for controlling vermin of clothes comprises placing the vermin-controlling composition containing the ester compound expressed by formula (1) and 2, 4, 6-triisopropyl-1, 3, 5-trioxane, in a housing place of the clothes.
