The invention relates to methods for producing an electrically-conductive structure on a non-planar surface (1) with the following steps: a) Electrochemical depositing of a photosensitive resist coating (2) onto the surface (1) b) Exposure of parts of the photosensitive resist coating (2) c) Removal of a portion of the photosensitive resist coating (2) by development d) Depositing of an electrically-conductive material (3) onto portions of the surface (1) free of the photosensitive resist coating (2). The invention further relates to a method for producing miniaturized coils. A highly homogeneous coating thickness can be achieved by electrochemical depositing of the photosensitive resist onto the non-planar surface.
