PURPOSE: A device for detecting the abnormality of an online roll grinder is provided to prevent a rolling roll from being worn away partially by warning a worker of the abnormality of the online roll grinder in advance. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting the abnormality of an online roll grinder is composed of an input unit(21), a control unit, and a display unit(23). The input unit receives the specification of a cylinder in a grindstone, the pressure applied to both ends of the cylinder, and the weight, angle and abnormal detection of a forward/backward motion unit. The control unit determines the abnormality of the forward/backward motion unit on the basis of the received data. |
