PURPOSE: A diagnosing apparatus of an assembly and a manufacturing condition of parts is provided to check various parts in one line by sensing kinds of engines with bar code of items and to use all assembly fields by using an articulated robot or a cartesian robot. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosing apparatus of an assembly and a manufacturing condition of part includes a scanning device(10); a computer(20); an articulated robot or a cartesian robot(30); a touching sensor device(40) and a non-contact sensor device(50). The scanning device detects assembly or a manufacturing field and information of a model. The computer analyzes and stores information of the scanning device. The robot moves to a check point by information analyzed from the computer. The touching sensor device is installed to a tip of the robot to touch a measuring target point and use a signal. The non-contact sensor device is installed to the robot to detect the measuring target point by irradiating light. Thereby, the diagnosing apparatus checks minute portions in all processing fields.
