PURPOSE: A hole forming apparatus is provided to form holes in radial direction and inclined direction of a ball screw by installing an axial turn table and radial turn table in the hole forming apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A radial turn table(30) having a plurality of rotating sensors(60) is fixedly installed at a side of a body(10). An axial turn table(20) is fixedly installed at an upper surface of the radial turn table(30) so as to support a ball screw(100). An upper jig(40) is positioned on an upper portion of the radial turn table(30) provided in the axial turn table(20) so as to support the upper end of the ball screw(100). The upper jig(40) rotates together with the radial turn table(30). A lifting jig(50) is provided at one side of the axial turn table(20) so as to support the ball screw(100) together with the upper jig(40). A drill section(70) is provided at one side of the radial turn table(30) so as to form holes in the ball screw(100) in radial and inclined directions thereof.
