PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device in which heat lamps for heating a heat roll can be easily mounted in a steady state free of spark, etc. and at a correct position. SOLUTION: The heat lamps 40, 50 are parallelly held at both their ends with a pair of holding members 60A and 60B. The heat lamps 40 and 50 joined together are inserted in a space of a heat roll 20, at least parts of hold members 60A and 60B are supported by being fitted in support members 70 and 80, and thus they are mounted in the heat roll 20. One of the hold members, 60A, is provided with a projection 62 that is fitted into the support member 70 when the hold member is supported by the support member 70.
