PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid discharge method and a fluid discharging device for intermittently quantitatively discharging at high speed and with high precision various liquids, such as, an adhesive, clean solder, phosphor, an electrode material, grease, paint, hot melt, chemicals and food, in production processes in the fields of electronic parts, electric appliances or a display. SOLUTION: A fluid replenishing device for supplying fluid is disposed on two surfaces relatively moving in the direction of a space, a continuous flow replenished from the fluid replenishing device is converted into an intermittent flow by using pressure variation due to the variation of the space between the relatively moving faces, and intermittent discharge amount per dot is adjusted by the number of revolutions of the fluid replenishing device.
