PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear, simply adjusted in its weight. SOLUTION: This footwear is composed of an upper 10 having a hook and loop fastener 14 on the lower surface and a sole 20 having a hook and loop fastener 21 joined to the hook and loop fastener 14 on the upper surface. The sole 20 is provided with a plurality of voids 22, and weights 23 can be inserted in or removed from each of all or some of the voids. Preferably the weights 23 having various heights are used according to the height of the void 22. The weights can be stored longitudinally or laterally. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
