PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk array device that can prevent system trouble due to a power hit. SOLUTION: Once a preliminary power off is detected, even if an input power source is restored, a power circuit configuration controls DC power supply to necessarily stop DC power output for a constant period. Even upon a hit under which a power off is detected and a DC power source is not stopped, a system can be prevented from being left stopped in a backup mode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
