PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a heat transfer area, to increase a stirring effect, and to enhance quality uniformity of a treated object. SOLUTION: When drying, firing and incinerating the treated object using an external heating type rotary kiln, a plurality of corrugated bellows plates is arranged along a circumference of a holding tube inside a continuous, batch, single cylinder or multi-cylinder type core tube, so as to increase the heat transfer area, to increase the stirring effect, and to enhance the quality uniformity of the treated object.
