PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball linear guide having the function of preventing the falling of a ball when pulling a LM block off a rail, having simple and light construction and capable of reducing noises, and its manufacturing method requiring less man-hours and allowing easy assembly. SOLUTION: The ball linear guide comprises the LM block (a metal structural member) 1 consisting of a metal flat base in which a pair of plate materials 11, 12 having a load ball groove 4 are erected, a plate A2 consisting of a first synthetic resin structural member covering a flat portion between the pair of plate materials, a pair of end faces perpendicular to the moving direction of the flat base and a portion of an end face perpendicular to these, excluding the end face of the flat base, constituting one piece of slit for preventing the separation of the ball from a dovetail tenon on the side of the flat portion of a load ball train, and having a non-load ball hole 6 and a direction changing U-shaped groove 7 connecting the load ball groove 4 to the non-load ball hole 6, and plates B31, 32 consisting of a second synthetic resin structural member fitted onto the plate A2, constituting the non-load ball hole 6 and the direction changing U-shaped groove 7 connecting the load ball groove 4 to the non-load ball hole 6 and constituting the other piece of slit.
