PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear 1 that has a tooth 6 having a twisting angle, can reduce sliding resistance of an axial end surface 2b of the gear 1 applied with an axial load L by the twisting angle without increasing the number of components, and can suppress occurrence of sliding abrasion on the axial end surface 2b. SOLUTION: In the gear 1 that has the tooth 6 having the twisting angle, such as a helical gear or a worm wheel formed of resin simple substance or resin and metal fitting, oil grooves 7 are formed in the axial end surface 2b of the gear 1 applied with the axial load L by the twisting angle.
