PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the warming-up equipment of an internal combustion engine which can preferably prevent the aggravation of warming-up performance. SOLUTION: In the warming-up equipment of an internal combustion engine, prior to the operation of the internal combustion engine E, when cooling water stored in a heat accumulation tank 21 is supplied to the internal combustion engine E by an electromotive water pump 22, the supply of the cooling water by the water pump 22 is stopped when it is detected that the temperature of the internal combustion engine E is not lower than the temperature of the cooling water.
