PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a bearing so as to prevent occurrence of abrasion and breakage due to sliding in such a state that no liquid is present due to entering of gas when a handled liquid of a pump in which the gas is mixed passes through the bearing. SOLUTION: In this canned motor pump, an impeller (2) is mounted to one end of a rotor (4), and the rotor (4) is supported by the bearing (8a).
