PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cluster breaking tool for an oil, enabling the use of Tempura oil, etc., for a long period and improve the fuel cost of a fuel such as gasoline by breaking the cluster of the oil. SOLUTION: The cluster breaking tool 10 for an oil contains a number of tourmaline particles 16 and a number of aluminum particles 18 in a container 12 having a number of through-holes 14. The oil cluster breaking tool 10 is put into an oil and moved by swinging, oscillation, rotation, etc. The oil cluster is broken by the swinging, oscillating, rotating motion, etc., of tourmaline particles 16 together with the aluminum particles 18. When the oil is a food oil such as a Tempura oil (oil for deep-flied fish, etc.), the oil is reduced by the breakage of the cluster to enable the use of the oil over a long period. When the oil is a fuel oil such as gasoline, the breakage of the cluster facilitates the bonding of the fuel with oxygen to improve the fuel cost and reduce the nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas.
