PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible thermoplastic elastomer resin composition not only excellent in heat resistance and mechanical properties, but also having good moldability of injection molding, etc., and having beautiful surface appearance of molded articles and excellent in adhesiveness to rigid resins and to provide a method for producing the resin composition and to provide a molded product. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition is obtained by compounding a polyester block copolymer with a hydrogenated styrenic elastomer, a plasticizer and a softening agent for rubber.
