PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo receiving deck lifting device which can safely perform the unloading of a load by stopping the operation of the cargo receiving deck for a while when the cargo receiving deck reaches the ground in lowering of the cargo receiving deck, and calling attention to an operator about operating condition of the cargo receiving deck. SOLUTION: In the cargo receiving deck lifting device, a cargo receiving deck is liftably provided between the ground and the loading space located at a predetermined height from the ground through the link mechanism and the cargo receiving deck is made to tiltably operate so that the tip of the cargo receiving deck reaches the ground on the ground. The cargo receiving deck lifting device is equipped with a pause mode which stops the cargo receiving deck for a while without tilting operation when it reaches the ground in lowering of the cargo receiving deck, and performs the tilting operation of the cargo receiving deck when the lowering operation of the cargo receiving deck is performed on another occasion afterward. It is provided with a normal mode which makes the transition to the continuous tilting operation and performs the tilting operation of the cargo receiving deck when the cargo receiving deck reaches the ground, and the normal mode and the pause mode are selectable.
