PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolution equipment preventable large bubbles from remaining in liquid even under a low pressure within a tank and able to be small-sized and reducible in installation cost and maintenance cost and further surely generable fine bubbles in the liquid when the liquid is discharged from a plurality of positions at a time. SOLUTION: The gas dissolution equipment comprises a pressurized tank 11 to store the liquid and pressurized gas, a liquid supply means 12 to supply the pressurized liquid into the pressurized tank 11, a nozzle part 15 to inject the liquid into the pressurized tank 11, a gas supply means 13 to supply the pressurized gas into the pressurized tank 11, and a discharging part 14 arranged in a lower part of the pressurized tank 11 and discharging solution dissolving the gas which is generated in the pressurized tank 11 outside the tank. Inside the pressurizing tank 11, a liquid-injection-port 15h of the nozzle part 15 is arranged within the liquid in the pressurized tank 11, and the pressurized gas is fed to a gas phase part in the pressurized tank 11.
