PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment for prevention and treatment of diseases of dermatophytosis and the like through ventilation of the inside of a shoe by sucking air from a heel part to send the same to a toe by providing the shoe and a sock with a ventilation function. SOLUTION: The insole is formed into a sole face shape and has the toe part consisting of an opening part of a bag made of an airtight material, a built-in, elastic aspiration material provided on from the heel part to a part proximate to the toe part and vent openings provided on a heel part surface. An upper member and a lower member are joined to form a sandwich shape and fixed to be used as the insole for the shoe. This structure promotes ventilation in the inside of the shoe, allowing various troubles of the athlete's foot and the like caused by unsatisfactory ventilation to be decreased.
