PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unpleasantness caused by a cut section in contact with the head skin of a person when natural animal hairs are cut and separated into animal hair with hair root and animal hair without hair root. SOLUTION: The brush is constituted by planting the animal hairs onto a brush base body. The brush is structured by cutting the natural animal hair extracted from an animal to an appropriate size to form the animal hair having a cut section which is ground without hair root.
