PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor suction tool capable of efficiently sucking dust accumulated on a floor by a wall, etc., and preventing reduction of the area of an air intake by closing a part of the air intake even if a cover constituting the front wall of a suction tool body casing is turned inward of the casing. SOLUTION: In the floor suction tool 1, a suction hole 6 is opened from the lower surface to at least a part of the front wall of the suction tool body casing 2, and the cover 5 constituting the front wall of the suction tool body casing 2 is attached to the suction tool body casing 2 in such a way as to turn upward/downward. The cover 5 closes a front part 6b of the suction hole 6 at the downward-rotated position, and opens the front part 6b of the suction hole 6 at the upward-turned position where the cover 5 abuts on a wall surface W, etc. to turn. The cover 5 is turned in the direction to be stored inside the suction tool body casing 2, and a notch part 5d is formed at the rear end edge of the cover 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
