PURPOSE: A microwave oven with a tray rectilinearly reciprocating is provided to uniformly heat food through microwaves, without adding special parts. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven has a hexahedral heating chamber for heating food. The microwave oven comprises a tray having a groove formed at the bottom surface in the front and rear direction; a driving motor generating rotation power; a rotating member rotating by the driving motor and forming an eccentric projection to be inserted in the groove at an eccentric position of the top surface; and a roller assembly(30) including a support part(32) made of a metal material to reflect microwaves. Plural rollers(36), supporting the bottom surface of the tray, are rotatably supported to the outer surface of the support part. The support part forms a guide hole(34) to the center, to secure connection between the rotating member and the tray. The rotating member rotates by the driving motor and the roller assembly reflects microwaves while the tray rectilinearly reciprocates in the horizontal direction according to the rotation of the eccentric projection.
