PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescent display device capable of operating a programming stage at higher speed by dividing the path of an electronic circuit into the path of a programming current and the pathway of a reproduction current.

SOLUTION: This circuit is an electronic circuit having a programming path and a reproduction path and the circuit is constituted of a current driving element, a transistor in the production pathway, which is arranged in order to control the current to be supplied to the current driving element, a capacitive element which is arranged in order to store the operation voltage of the transistor,an additional transistor which is arranged in parallel with the transistor in the production pathway in order to store the operation voltage on the capacitive element and switching means which control the programming pathway and the production pathway.
