<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a laser oscillator easy to regulate or maintain in a wavelength conversion laser utilizing a nonlinear optical crystal. <P>SOLUTION: A mechanism for realizing regulation of the gradient of a reflecting mirror while at least one of a pair of reflecting mirrors for constituting a laser resonator and a nonlinear wavelength conversion crystal are integrally held as they are, is provided to realize constant holding of a relative angle between a fundamental wave laser beam and the nonlinear optical crystal, even when the gradient of the mirror is regulated to optimize the resonator so that phase matching conditions may not be collapsed. Thus, a nonlinear wavelength conversion laser apparatus is realized in which a regulating work with a laser output used as an index is facilitated and the maintenance is easy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
