PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate no motor in manual operation, while giving no rotation to a manual operation ring in power operation without any changeover mechanism/operation. SOLUTION: A power manual dual lens barrel has a manual operation ring 19, a drive ring 18 advancing and retreating an optical element in a lens barrel in a light axis direction in rotation drive, a first input rotary shaft 21 rotated and driven with a drive mechanism of a camera body side, and an outer gear 22a. The dual lens barrel has a first cylindrical output gear, fitted to the first input rotary shaft, and an outer gear 31a. The dual lens barrel has a second input rotary shaft 31, supported rotatably in a parallel direction to a light axis on the fixed cylinder, and an outer gear 32a. The dual lens barrel is provided with a pair of one-directional input and output rotation transmission mechanisms 20 and 30 interposed among a second cylindrical output gear fitted to the second input rotary shaft, the first input rotary shaft and the first cylindrical output gear, and between the second input rotary shaft and the second cylindrical output gear respectively, for transmitting the rotation of the input rotary shaft to the cylindrical output gear and not transmitting the rotation of the cylindrical output gear to the input rotary shaft.
