PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the storage or development work by making the assist force corresponding to a large rotational moment required for the initial turn applicable to a link mechanism. SOLUTION: A load receiving deck elevating device 1 is provided with a base part link mechanism R1 consisting of a quadrangular link provided on a vehicle body 101 side in a vertically oscillating manner, a tip part link mechanism R2 consisting of a parallel link including two fulcrums 6 and 10 on the tip side of the link mechanism R1 so as to be folding and developing with respect to the base part link mechanism R1, and a load receiving deck 18 provided on the tip part link mechanism R2. An urging means 40 to generate the assist force M1 to be changed corresponding to the turning angleθof the link mechanism R2 so as to be substantially equal to the rotational moment M0 required to drive the tip part link mechanism R2 is provided.
