PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller for a vehicle which can suppress the occurrence of noise without increasing power loss. SOLUTION: This power controller for a vehicle drives a load 2 such as a lamp, etc. mounted in a vehicle by PWM-controlling a DC voltage outputted from a battery power source. The controller is equipped with an electronic switch FET 1 which is interposed between the load 2 and a power source so as to switch on/off a power voltage, a capacitor C1 for charge and discharge, and a first charge/discharge circuit 3 which switches charge/discharge to the capacitor C1 according to a PWM signal. The circuit 3 supplies the electronic switch FET1 with the terminal voltage of the capacitor C1 so as to switch on/off the electronic switch FET, and the first charge/discharge circuit 3 charges the capacitor C1 at the leading edge (rising part) of the PWM signal, and discharges the capacitor C1 at the trailing edge (falling part) of the PWM signal.
