PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of supporting an ultrasonic deflection vibrator for ultrasonic processing machine which vibrator is rich in vibrator rigidity and has a high tip positioning precision and is low in loss. SOLUTION: The method of supporting an ultrasonic deflection vibrator is constituted so that the support part 3 of the vibrator 1 is installed in the barrel part of the vibration of the vibrator.
