The tool (10) comprises a support member (14) which includes a guide member (16); and the tool also comprises a shoe (30) supported by the support member (14), the shoe (30) comprising a leading portion (40) and a first side portion adjacent the leading portion (40), the leading portion (40) comprising a leading edge (42) adapted to be located beneath the flange member and a reorienting surface for directing and displacing the flange to an orientation between the first and second angles of orientation, the side portion and guide member (16) defining an orienting gap for orienting the moved flange to the desired second angle of orientation.</p> |
