FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for transmission of rotation from one insulated space to the other and it relates to reduction gears with coaxial driving and driven shafts. Proposed reduction gear contains crank 90 installed in bearings 91 of housing 86, coupled with driving shaft 110 and provided with inclined inner hole 92 in which rocker 94 is installed on bearings 93. Axis 25 intersects axis 25 in point O1, which is located inside hole 92, but can be located outside hole 92. in the latter case reduction gear is furnished with flexible tight envelope rigidly secured on rocker 94 and housing and separating two spaces. Drive wheel 99 is coupled with pin 96 through end piece 97 and is in meshing with driven wheel 106 secured on flange 105 of driven shaft 107. Washers 51 are installed on bearings 50 in end face wall 87. Washers 51 are provided with holes to receive ends of pins 100. Distance from axis of rotation 109 of washer to axis of hole is equal to wheel center-to-center distance. With shaft 110 rotating, axle 24 describes conical surface, point 0 moves over circumference, and wheel 99 executes orbital (translational curvilinear) rotation, thus rotating shaft 107. Axis of inner hole of crank can not intersect with axis 25. EFFECT: improved reliability, reduced overall dimensions, simplified design. 4 cl, 5 dwg |
