FIELD: corrugating unit used, mainly for working foil strips or similar packaging material in automatic cigarette packaging machines. SUBSTANCE: corrugating unit includes frame supporting pair of corrugating rollers by means of respective supports. First support is united with frame; second support is joined with frame through mechanical joint having three freedom degrees, providing oscillations of second support around three axes normal one relative to another and passing through one fixed point turned to central portion of second corrugating roller. According to preferable variant of invention second support is joined with frame by means of spherical joint and it is forced to first support by force created by means of pair of electromagnets. EFFECT: low cost of process for making simple-to-use corrugating unit, enhanced efficiency of corrugation, prevention of non-uniform wear of rollers. 9 cl, 3 dwg |
