PURPOSE: A composite window having a double-structure is provided to prevent the waste of resources and expenses and to maximize stiffness, heat conduction efficiency, airtightness, soundproofness, heat insulation efficiency, interior design efficiency, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The composite window having a double-structure comprises: a primary window frame(10) composed of inner and outer window structures, wherein each window frame is separated into a main frame(11) placed on the outdoor side and an auxiliary frame(12) placed on the indoor side; and a secondary window frame(20) composed of a main frame(21) provided with a sliding plane(27a) for placing the outer window frame and a sliding plane(27b) for placing the inner window frame and auxiliary frames(12,22) coupled to the exposed part to the inner side of each main frame(11,21) of the primary and secondary window frames(10,20).
