摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excess charge in a battery in a hybrid vehicle and enable the vehicle to smoothly start to improve a ride feeling at the start of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle comprises: an AT (automatic transmission) which makes a connection degree between an engine and one drive shaft variable so as to transmit power from the engine selectively to the drive shaft; a first motor generator for outputting power to the engine, the battery for supplying power to the first motor generator; and a second motor generator to reclaim braking of the vehicle upon its deceleration and to charge the battery with electricity generated by the reclaiming braking. When an accumulated charge volume in the battery becomes lower than a first preset accumulated charge volume at the deceleration of the vehicle, the battery, the AT, and the first motor generator are controlled so as to lower the above connection degree and make the first motor generator to output power to the engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
