<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit of a simple constitution, which can improve the temperature dependency of the oscillated frequency. <P>SOLUTION: Inverters 1, 2, 3 are connected in series, feedback is applied from the output terminal of the inverter 3 to the input terminal of the inverter 1 via a resistor 5, and feedback is applied from the output terminal of the inverter 2 to the input terminal of the inverter 1 via a capacitor 4.
