<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming machine managing system capable of concurrently transmitting information irrelevant of position of an operator, to improve manufacturing quality and operating rate of the provision, and to realize efficiency of operation by sharing the information. <P>SOLUTION: The forming machine managing system comprises a managing device for managing a forming machine, and a mobile information terminal provided with a display for displaying the received information.
