PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which blank materials having a brazing material interposed between them can be heated and press-molded without requiring the preliminary spot-welding of the blank materials. SOLUTION: A brazing material F having a solidus temperature of≤1,050°C and a liquidus temperature of≥700°C is interposed between a blank material B1 and a blank material B2 which consist of aluminum-plated steel sheets. These blank materials are put into a heating furnace 1 and heated at 900-1,050°C, as a temperature which is the lower limit temperature of steel sheet quenching or more and is the crystal grain coarsening temperature of the steel sheet itself or less. Then, the steel materials are subjected to press molding with a press die 3 while keeping the temperature of the materials to be the liquidus temperature of the brazing material F or less and to be the quench starting temperature or more, and thus the molding of the blank material B1 and B2 and the joining of them are simultaneously completed.
