PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce signal attenuation quantity of radio waves to be propagated on a leaky transmission line with bent parts at every turn and to prevent a damage of a leaky transmission cable. SOLUTION: This leaky transmission device is provided with: first and second leaky transmission cables 10; a cable joint 20 which is attachably/detachably interposed between the first and second leaky transmission cables and outputs the radio waves to be inputted from one leaky transmission cable to the other leaky transmission cable by changing their traveling directions; and a plurality of fixing devices 30 which fix the first and second leaky transmission cables, respectively. The leaky transmission line is formed by connecting one end of the first leaky transmission cable with radio communication equipment and on the other hand, connecting the other end of the first leaky transmission cable with one end of the second leaky transmission cable via the cable joint.
