PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield cable with improved signal quality by stably performing impedance control and skew control for a plurality of signal wires in the shield cable with ease and accuracy without increasing cost by adding ground wire or power supply wire. SOLUTION: The plurality of signal wires for transmitting digital signal with relatively high frequency are arranged adjacent to an outer covering shield covering the shield cable, and by achieving maximum capacitive coupling, the impedance control and the skew control are performed. By arranging the plurality of signal wires and the outer covering shield adjacent to each other, the skew at the connections between the shielded cable and a connector is suppressed.
