摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely decide and selectively disconnect governors which cause abnormal pressure rising in a multi-series governor system. SOLUTION: The system has 3 series of governors 11, 12, 13 each having 50% capacity with respect to 100% load, in which first and second series 31, 32 are normally used while a third series 33 is made standby. A set pressure of each of the governors 11, 12, 13 is set to be different from each other. Only the first series 31 is operated when the load is small, and the second series 32 is also operated when the load exceeds 50%. The operation states of governors 11, 12, 13 are sensed by sensors 41, 42, 43 respectively. The least significant one among governors 11, 12, 13 is decided to be the cause when secondary pressure P2 rises abnormally, and only the corresponding safety valve among safety valves 21, 22, 23 which are provided for respective series 31, 32, 33 of the governors 11, 12, 13 is selectively disconnected.
